Gary Spencer

I was born in South London in the early 60's.
My Mother worked in Hospitality for The Rank Organisation.
My hospitality career started in the West End of London working with and for the legendary Peter Stringfellow.
I also had long spells with Trust House Forte , and the iconic London Hard Rock Cafe , before taking a 14 year hiatus into the Fashion World.
Fast forward to New York City where I picked up my hospitality career at private members club Norwood, and I still thrive in the industry today .
